You are moving on to learning about similes as there was a couple of these in our book.
A simile is a way of describing something by comparing
it to something else using ‘like’ or ‘as’.
Your task is all on one document so please see below for the page number your child needs to complete:

Friday's Task
Your English task on Friday will be to engage with your peers that are at home and in school.
Miss Simister or one of the team will read a story with you all, you can have a chat to each other and show one another the work you have been doing. Maybe show one of your favourite toys for those that are at home.
I will upload some handwriting sheets if you are able to download and print or you can use the words that are on there to practice on a piece of paper that you have at home.
You can also practice your key words and read a book at home.
