Our new Design and Technlogy topic is called 'Let's Go Fly a Kite'.

We are going to begin by finding out some of the history of the invention of the kite - ask your adult to help you read screens 1 - 7 from the PowerPoint.

Now let's look at a very famous song about flying a kite. Have any of you heard this before? Perhaps you can listen to it a few times. Here are the words if you'd like to sing along.

Let's now go on to find out about the different parts of the kite. Look again at the PowerPoint from screens 9 - 11.
