Science

In science we are learning all about rocks. 

 

Can you find any rocks in your garden or while out on a walk? 

 

Find an interesting rock (that is no bigger than your hand!) to bring to school so we can look at it with the magnifying glasses. 

 

Draw a picture of your rock and label the textures, colours or patterns you can see.

 

Is it rough or smooth? Is it hard or crumbly?
