Wednesday's Task

Watch and listen to a different video of The Cat in the Hat. 

The rest of your task today is to make a Cat in the Hat character using a strawberry, Banana, a marshmallow, black cooking pen and a wooden skewer.

Use your DT skills to chop the strawberry and the banana to then position then on the wooden skewer. 

I can't wait to see the pictures of you making them.

Friday's Task

Your English task on Friday will be to engage with your peers that are at home and in school. 

Miss Simister or one of the team will read a story with you all, you can have a chat to each other and show one another the work you have been doing. Maybe show one of your favourite toys for those that are at home. 

I will upload some handwriting sheets if you are able to download and print or you can use the words that are on there to practice on a piece of paper that you have at home. 

You can also practice your key words and read a book at home.
