We started looking at Viking longboats last lesson. This week I would like you to design and make your own.

Think about:

• Would your longboat last many years at sea?
• Is your longboat made to travel down small rivers or over large oceans?
• What will your longboat be made out of?
• How many men will your longboat be able to carry?
• What other supplies will you need to keep on the longboat?
