Sometimes the way we feel is affected by the way other people behave towards us. And sometimes the way other people feel is influenced by our behaviour.
We all know that being kind to others makes us feel good about ourselves.
So this week’s task is to keep a Seven Days of Kindness Calendar. That means being kind to others…and to yourself!
Below you will find a calendar that gives you ideas of things you might do, and a blank calendar for you to fill in. There are some extra ‘ideas full of kindness’ too.
